Using stashed stuff.

Well , hello,  hope that you have had a pleasant day .
I pottered around my room today and found several
packaging boxes from SU to throw out .
One thing with SU they pack stock for freighting
really well.  I hate throwing their boxes away ,
But,  realisticly I can't keep them all, and that's
hard because I am such a "reuser".
These cards on show tonight are for Sunday workshop kits .
This first card is another version of a card, Dotty Circles,  in the last post . Same recipe but I left a small border around the first layer of dsp.  Like it so much more . What do you think?

Now , as there are going to be quite a few
changes in products for SU in September ,
I thought that I should be using up my huge stash
of Simply scrappin' scrapbooking kits . So this next card is almost all created from the kit , Petal Party.
The ric rac is from Ribbon Originals. The greeting inked in Old Olive , is from set ,
Sweet Little Sentiments.

This last card is demonstrating
 two step stamping .
It is a very understated card.
Using White Gloss I began with a square [15cm] card.
With a variety of SU markers I have coloured image
from set , Live Like You Mean it. and cut out.
The little greeting is from set , Occasional Greetings.
And the ribbon is from SU stash. Have added little
black Rhinestones to flower centres.

Hope that you have enjoyed your visit here tonight.
I know that I love sharing some time with you here.
I also enjoy browsing your blogs and quite happily
leave comments .One day when time permtis me
I would really like to enter more challenges as I think they move you out of your comfort zone . .
dare you to try something new .

On that note , I will say good night . Stay safe , be happy .
               Cheers Shirley-Anne

  2. Three beautiful cards. I definately like the border around the first card, really defines the card. Second card is wonderful, love pink and orange together. Third card is my favourite, love the crispness of it. The flowers are so pretty.
