Joy as I strive for 50

Hello, welcome to my room.
Have you anything planned for the coming weekend?   Apart from my Sunday crafting with friends and going out for breakfast one morning at a restraurant with Doug [ his treat for me ] it will be  a pretty quiet weekend for me . This cold weather , down to just 11 degrees, today , is not conducive to walking , so of course crafting is the next best thing to do .

Like today , that's what I found myself doing .
I added two Christmas cards to
Robyn's challenge to make 50 Christmas
cards before 1st December.
I am still working on using stock from my stash so these cards have been created from the adhesive diecuts from  simply scrappin' kit " I Wish"

This Glorious Green , top fold card needed only simple white  pen lines to accompany the die cuts to create this Christmas  card.

Not too plain I hope . What do you think of these two ?
This one is much the same .

Old Olive card base DL size , with some bright red SU   ribbon ,  and a greeting from
SU Many Merry Messages , inked with Real Red.

That makes 18 cards for my effort so far . Robyn may think that I am making cards that are too simple , so may be I should make a bit more of an attempt  to be a little more creative .
  But thats for later.
Enjoy your evening and I will catch you later . Cheers Shirley-Anne

  1. Robyn thinks no such thing!! I'm a clean and simple stamper so no complaints in that regard from me! I have actually made a card with that same cute little die cut (which Gardenia sent me)-it just needs to be photographed. My only problem is that you have PASSED me and I really need to get moving!!

  3. They may be simple but they are still beautiful Shirley Anne. I struggle with clean simple cards - so its not as easy as you think
