Thinking of you Tag

Hello everyone and welcome to my room . Hope that you are not too frazzled by your Christmas planning .
I just cant get into anything Christmassy at this stage. We were hoping that Doug would be home for Christmas , and he may well be as a home day visit , but we were banking on being HOME. Not going to be mobile or strong enough , the powers that be, say . So we will have to be happy with day outings till January. And then only weekends as he has lots of physio to do through the week .
Any way I have another card made that I have photographed outside .

Card base is Whisper White and I layered dsp from Graphic45. The tag is Crumb Cake with punched  Eyelet Border on top and bottom and all edges sponged with Creamy Caramel . I added pink ribbon and bow. The separate  framed sentiment is on Naturals Ivory inked in Soft Suede. the small flowers are from set, Cottage Garden , while the bird and words are from Cute by the Inch . The frame has been adhered to tag with foam tape .
Love you to meet Jacki before I close off . She is 13 yrs old and Doug is happy to have her visit every day.

Hope that you like the card . Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-anne.

  3. Dad is so determined to be home. I know he is working really hard at his physio etc.
He was told three decades ago that he would never walk again after the horrible truck accident but he proved them wrong then and I know he is doing his best to prove them wrong this time too.

I am thrilled though that he may be able to come home for day visits as I know that will really boost his spirits.

Your card is absolutely stunning Mum!! Fabulous colours, papers and layout. I love the ribbon you have added, perfect colour choice.

Nice photo of Jackie too, she is such a gorgeous girl.

    Big hugs (miss you)
