No frills Christmas card

Hi blog pals .
Welcome to my room .
Tonight I share another Christmas card . Followers of my blog might have seen last post where I lamented on my horror week .
Well,  I have survived as you can see .
But,  ended up really running out of time for my 3 cards and kits for this mornings get together with Fran and Sandy . I thought only Fran was coming cause Sandy was feeling  under the weather .
Happily Fran was able to wait for Sandy and bring her along .
Thank you Sandy for actually pulling yourself together and blessing me with your company .
I hope that with all our chit chat and laughing you felt a lot better .
Any way the other bit of good news is that I found the missing card , while searching for something else ...isn't that always the way?
So back to me being short of time .
I found in my stash a 15cm square pack of vintage Christmas papers by Meg's Garden .With a little trimming layered onto a 14.5 square red textured card.

For the life of me I simply could not add anything to this beautiful paper .just distressed the edges .

Inside

Paper from same pack ..Adding a scalloped square diecut for greeting .
Definately makes for a quick card .
Took me a bit longer to browse for a pick from blog land .
I'd like you to meet
Deanne

Found it and love it ..how cute is the image and how stunning is that  colouring .

Wow, this was a longer post than I thought ..hope you are still here ..
just in time for me to say bye .

Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-anne
