A Child's Ditty

Remember this tune ? or did you have some  different words in your day?
                                   Are there new ones  now?

 Ladybug! Ladybug!
Fly away home.
Your house is on fire.
And your children are all gone.
All except one,
And that’s little Ann,
For she’s hiding under
The frying pan.

Hi there , welcome to my room .Hope that you all are well and have had a great week.
Has been really chilly here in Adelaide and much time has been spent indoors .I received a CD from Kraftyhands early in the week and have been creating with it .So will post them soon .
But for now ....
A new challenge is up and running for Card Crafter's Circle .

Our challenge theme for you is

MUSIC!

Now our challenge this week is sponsored by MelJen's Designs, who continues to delight us with magical images!
Our MelJen's prize is 4 uncoloured images.

As soon as I found this image in my collection I thought of the little ditty we , as children , used to sing in the gardens or parks .  That's when ladybugs were more commonly seen . Must admit that I have not seen one for ages . Of course that could be because I don't play much in the garden any more ..how sad .
Here is my DT card .
Whisper White for card base, pink card , SU . Image Girl and her Overalls from Meljens.
Flower, leaf , paper and rhinestones from my stash .
'Hello ' die cut from Memory Box. Music notes part image from Close To My heart , Sweet Music.

We had fabulous number of entries last week and I congratulate the featured winners .
I do hope that we see all of you again this week . Don't forget to read the rules .
If you can , pop over to the DT blogs and leave some blog love .We all like that don't we?

Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-Anne

  4. Another great card Shirley, love the reminder of childhood too. Our ladies were birds not bugs :) I didn't know the words after children had flown home though.
