I don't know what Google+ is, but I do struggle to leave some people on Google+ comments, but not everybody. If you've got any advise, please let me know:) And you should maybe check the set-up too..
Just wanted to tell you that I think you've made a wonderful card and I like the detail of the pennants. And thank you so much for picking my card as your POTW. It was such a surprise and it means a lot to me:)
