The right tools

Hi there , welcome to my room and thank you for calling in .

Seems ages since I posted .I do make a start but get called away , do a little more then it is time for meal preparation or some other home duty . Does any one else relate or do you all post in one go?

The card I share today is one in which I made my own back ground with two blue ink colours.
Thick White card stock SU .  Dapper Denim for matte . Whisper White for back ground layer and sentiment along with the image .
The  back ground stamp , the tool box image and the sentiment are from a freebie stamp set with a magazine .
The stripes stamp is only a quarter the size of the white layer so I inked and stamped it 4 times in light blue the because it is a clear stamp I was able to ink again in darker blue and stamp in between   the light blue lines .Quite effective I thought .

It is plain but suitable for a masculine card do you think ?

  2. Lovely card! Yes the background is indeed very effective. It's so well aligned that one cannot tell it's been stamped 4 times. Yes I can relate to home duties getting us away from our happy place.

  4. Fab background. It's great to see cards suitable for a man - though also there are female DIYers around that the image could be used for.
