Christmas cards made earlier

Hi to  visitors and  followers , old and new .
Just wanted to share some Christmas cards I made but have not blogged
All card stock and papers along with any embellishments are from my stash .The images used are free pre coloured vintage images found while browsing on line .Now I just have to find the site to give credit and I will do that as soon as I can

Was so far behind with everything this last month that quick CAS cards were the go . Sorry if my visits to your posts and comments were sparse .I am hoping that as the new year rolls in,  Doug will be better and I will have gained some free time .

I don't know where time went this week . Had a consignment of Christmas cards to make and my own to write into ready to post so  I guess that's where . Here it is the end of the week!!!

Being Friday it is the new  Card Crafters Challenge beginning .

12 Days of Christmas

Hi there , welcome to my room .

Well, blogging pals , here I am with some news from kraftyhands blog

 

Here are a couple of  my DT  creations using "The 12 Days of Christmas" CD.  We will be on your screens on Tuesday 6th August at 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm.  We sure hope that you will watch and send in your emails.

 

 

This second card sees me using a new ..to me that is , card shape .
SU Bashful Blue card base which I edged in gold pen .The paper and sentiment printed from CD .

 

This is the fabulous CD .

 

 

 You can pre-order this CD on our website and they will be despatched on the 6th August 2013.

Just look at all the amazing images .And,  truly one does not have be a Whiz at the computer either to use these CDs.

I love that you can mix and match images and papers in a style that suits you .

Love and Harmony on Ice

Hi there every one . Thanks for calling in . Welcome to my room .
Another cold day just right for crafting .  Hope that you all enjoyed the week and are looking toward a fabulous weekend .
 Now seeing as how I almost forgot to add my Christmas card  from last week , I thought that I had better photograph  this one  and  post it before I bagged it . It is my DT card for Card Crafter's Challenge Blog .
                                                             Winter Bliss

 

Card base is Bashful Blue SU, as is the punched sentiment label  .The Whisper White layer was embossed with  Christmas Vine embossing folder .  The sentiment , on another punched label , is from Close to my heart.

The image, Winter Bliss, coloured with copics a from ..Michelle Perkett

I printed the image , supplied by our sponsor , twice and cut out one coloured body and the  gloves

from one set and 3D over first which was printed onto a die cut shape .

I punched out some small snow flakes to add.

One larger snowflake for inside .

Together at Christmas .

Hi there my hearties , welcome to my room .  Hope that your weather is kinder wherever you are .It is freezing here  . I am feeling the cold more than ever this Winter . Might be an age related thing ...
Almost time to start dinner so a mighty quick post today .
Here is another Christmas card for my 2013 stash .
I bought a couple of Christmas themed CDs from Kraftyhands and am still delighting in creating from them .

Here I have shared another Christmas card for my stash . I used an image from my stash of
Lili of the Valley die cut images.
The sentiment ticket is from Tim Holtz.
 and the frame die cut is a Nestabilities , Fleur De Lis Squares.

The card base  is 14.5cm square. Pacific Point card from SU . The paper is from stash .It was just a small amount so I chose to cut a piece same size as the card front , 14.5 cm square and cut that into 1/4s from corner to corner . That way I still had some for the inside ..

Love the background and that snowflake . Great font for the sentiment too . The best bit though I think is the embossed out side strip .

 Hope that you are warm and cosy or cool and comfy depending on where you live ..
Me? Well, I am under the aircon ,  warm and cosy .It is freezing outside.
 Happily crafting away I might add.

Tonight I just want to add another quick Christmas card to my stash .

Using an image from a CD from  Kraftyhands on line shop .. 

 

 

Card base is Real Red from SU . Other card stock is Whisper White  and Pacific Point, also from SU .
The background paper and the Snowman image  are  from a Kraftyhands CD , Cringle & Company .

A fabulous craft tool when creating . You can keep it simple like I do , or you can add embellishments from your stash to create something more elaborate, according to your taste .

For the inside I used same paper and a tag from Snow Festival designer Printed tags , SU.

No trouble blog browsing for someone else adding early Christmas cards to their stash .

Merry & Bright

WARNING !     This is a long photo packed post .

Hi there blog pals .. Welcome to my room ..my lots of room to move around room , my three work benches free of paper  and  my clutter free floor.
Thanks to Michelle's ruthless clutter buster attitude I can really show off my room .
Mind you, I must say it was REALLY REALLY painful to chuck out  that huge pile of brown paper that my SU orders come packed in . Readers of my blog would know that I often have cuttlebug  and or punch days just to clean up my card and paper scraps . Well It would have taken me years to catch up so it has all gone!!

I do have this weeks Christmas card to share but also a few photos of my room .

Top two pics are of one wall with two work tables Below is another wall and work space .

The Ginger Bread Friends

So hate this fickle weather ..30 odd degrees the other day and today about 18 . Still,  I know Autumn  Weather can be topsy turvey  and regardless I am happy enough to craft the day away .

Here , I have another Christmas card for my 2013 stash .

 My Christmas card tonight , apart from  SU card base,  has been created using
 Kraftyhands CD 2disk Set , Cringle & Company.

 

From the first disk I chose  A Pyramage image .
From the second disk I chose the coordinating paper to print out and a insert sheet .

Crafting time has been a bit hap hazzard this week .I barely made kits in time for Tuesday morning ..well actually was still creating when girls arrived !!
