Now , today , I have a card to share .I created it from print out from  Kraftyhands Magazine  #1 CD. project 8 .The card is my own though .

12 Days of Christmas

Hi there , welcome to my room .

Well, blogging pals , here I am with some news from kraftyhands blog

 

Here are a couple of  my DT  creations using "The 12 Days of Christmas" CD.  We will be on your screens on Tuesday 6th August at 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm.  We sure hope that you will watch and send in your emails.

 

 

This second card sees me using a new ..to me that is , card shape .
SU Bashful Blue card base which I edged in gold pen .The paper and sentiment printed from CD .

 

This is the fabulous CD .

 

 

 You can pre-order this CD on our website and they will be despatched on the 6th August 2013.

Just look at all the amazing images .And,  truly one does not have be a Whiz at the computer either to use these CDs.

I love that you can mix and match images and papers in a style that suits you .

As you can see my style is pretty CAS .For more elaborate creations that will definitely whet your crafty appetite , I suggest you visit the kraftyhands blog where you will see other DT cards/projects that will blow you away!!

Just a quick post to share a card made today for Tuesday morning craft time .
I simply love the Kraftyhands , Man About Town , CD
Click and print , mix and match papers , images and sentiments with a few embellishments thrown in .

Card base is SU , Rich Razzleberry

Paper and image Kraftyhands.

Now these papers were from a sheet intended for a gate fold card except for the sentiment square which I diecut from some SU , Very Vanilla and sponged with Soft Suede.
I have left off placing a sentiment , of which there are a few available on the sheets with the image and papers, on the top panel ,  because it will depend on  to whom  I decide to give the card.

And , quickly ,  a reminder that there is still time to enter the Kraftyhands Challenge

Happy day

Hi there .Welcome to my room .
Thank you for calling in and I hope that you enjoy your visit .
I had a fabulous morning of craft and laughter with Fran and Sandy . Doug said that he could hear our chook cackling from our gate way as he came home from his gopher ride .
I did not think Sandy was coming today as she has been ill, but this morning she  felt  well enough to grace us with her company . Good on ya , girl.
We did manage to make up the 3 cards .
one of which was this one .

The card front topper is from  Kraftyhands webshop,  MiniCD  The Potting Shed along with the sentiment tag.
I printed the sheet out and once cut I adhered it to some SU blue card layering that onto some old SU dsp. But I could have printed out some of the beautiful papers from the CD  if I didn't have to ration my printer ink till new supply comes in . But I do , so I didn't.

Kraftyhands CD sample

Hello there . Great to see you here . Welcome to my room .
Lot cooler here today although still muggy at 28 degrees.
 Had Sandy and Fran here this morning for card making and it was a case of a laugh a minute .
I cant believe that us over 50's can laugh so much over the simplest of family titbits ..
Doug went off on gopher for coffee and bought us back morning tea of donuts . THANKS , dear one .

I just got an email from Fran who had to work this afternoon . Fran had taken a photo of a bag of donut holes that the shop sells .

 

And the chuckles continue ..thanks Fran

Vintage Treasures

Hi there , welcome to my room . Thank you for popping in .

Hope that your week is progressing well .

Tonight I am sharing some DT cards that I made for Krafthands .

All are from the CD Rom

Simply click and print , it is really that easy.

 

 

 

 

 

First a little Pillow Box.

 

 

Paper and image printed on to Whisper White , SU, from CD Vintage Treasures . Ribbon and brads from SU .

Then a card

 

This one is 13.5cm square. Paper , Topper and sentiment tag all printed  from CD . Hard to photograph but floral top of pin is 3D as is the centre charm image and sentiment .
And this centre insert is also printed from CD, with another coordinating sentiment tag .

 

Loved this background paper and topper. I have also used one of the lacey strips from the CD

flowers and bow from my stash .

I love that you can mix and match elements from the CD.

I know that I will be using the papers more .

 

This CD Rom will be launched when

Mike and his team at  Kraftyhands will be on the,  Create & Craft show

 on Tuesday February 19th at 1pm and 6pm

Miranda & Mo for Kraftyhands February Challenge

Hi there . Welcome to my room and thank you for calling in ..

Gosh the temperature as been up and down as of late .  Really I  dont mind though ! If it is too hot I craft . If it is too cold I craft. Now , I cant be any more flexible than that .. can I?

This week I have been playing  with some products from Kraftyhands .
 Another CD called Miranda & Mo . No installation required . Easy to run , easy to use . Simply click and print.   It's a bit like buying a packet cake mix . Most of the ingredients are included but you can add a bit of this and that ..[ in this case embellishing ] to make your project your own .

Here is a card that I would like to share today ..as DT card to begin the February challenge on .

  The Theme ...Spring Colours  of   Yellow , Green and Orange .

The image in diecut circle  , the sentiment, the gingham paper are  all from the CD . To make it my own  I have  used card stock and ribbon  from SU .  A  decorative edge made with a  MS punch.

There was an insert , image included , on the CD which I diecut down to suit my card size.

I cannot do anything about any of the dramas that are ever present ..BUT..I can try to bring a little sunshine , a little moment worthy of a smile to some one some where .

My card to share is a 15cm square white gloss base.

The image is 3D and is on the disk , as is the sentiment . the flower and swirl are from my stash .

 

 

Here the inside paper has been printed from the  CD and I added  a diecut scallop oval for a sentiment
