Down on the farm

Hi there blog pals . Welcome to my room where I am pleased to share another tag with you .

Thank you to those who left blog love on my last share .

I knew immediately which image I would use for this theme . I have been following and loving hand drawn images from Yvonne Turner for quite a while now .







This a pre coloured image . I printed out then fussy cut it .A triangle tag , brown card , for a change , with a smaller triangle of coordinating colour. I adhered the scarecrow  then drew some  wheat  for him to watch over . Great use of more scrap card stock .

Hope that you, the DT of   Tag Tuesday  ,  all had as much fun as I did with this theme .

Using a Yvonne Turner image

Hi there blog pals  Have not posted for a few days now because of one thing or another .
A couple of days ago I did manage to create a card using a fabulous image from Yvonne Turner.

Welcome to my room and thank you for calling in . Some new followers too which makes me happy so thank you and hope you enjoy your visits .

Now this is nothing like the elegant creations  /style that Yvonne shares but I did enjoy making it .

Card is from my stash of SU stock , Old Olive . Random  papers from my stash . Punched butterfly and ribbon along with some rhinestones the only embellishing .
I think that I could have made the centre strip a bit narrower. But still ..a blind man would be happy to see it , I think .

On Friday one of my craft friends , Jane,  bought along her SIL to join in our craft session .

We  enjoyed  so much chatter and laughter .
While these two made up the kits I had prepared earlier I Cuttle bugged my way through some of my scrap stash . Mind you ..I don't see any dent in the stash at all!!.
Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons are my R&R  times and I am thankful to " MY GIRLS" for the sharing and caring .
