Last Christmas card 2019

To share today is most likely the last Christmas card for 2019

I found an unmade kit in my stash  and although it is of non traditional Christmas colours I 

Think that I can make it work .

Basic Black card base .White card stock as  inside card base 

Inside front with Pinterest found Father Christmas image fussy cut

and tree from SU set Winter Woods.

Sentiment from SU set Watercolor Christmas

Now before you go , there is another card which I am keen to share .

Just had to share a beautiful card sent to me from Carmen Barnes 

Love the shadow technique with the sentiment and that gorgeous butterfly.

Tonights card is a quick little thank you note card .

Simply a white card base with a wonderful House Mouse image , Amanda Writes .

The sentiment is a past SU set , Thank you kindly .

For the inside I have used a journal card from Miss Carolyn at My Minds Eye ..

And now for my thought for the day.

Appreciation is a wonderful thing ;

it makes what is excellent in others

" Thanks " for challenge

Hello , welcome to my room on this chilly night . Hope that you are all well and enjoying some craft time .
First day of Winter here in Adelaide,  but I tell you , I think that it has been here for a week or more already !

Pretty simple I thought,  at first , as I decided  to use top left corner square . Actually it was harder than any of the others I have completed.
 Some times I hesitate to veiw other entries before  I create mine because,  seriously , I feel somewhat intimidated by the awesome talent  shared . This time however I did seek inspiration .
And this is my entry

 Card base is Glossy White . Corner piece is white card covered with DSP adhered to card front .Whisper White for image , Pocket Silhouettes and for sentiment,  Thanks x 2 inked in Basic Brown .
Little flowers and pearl centres from my stash .
That's it ..short and sweet tonight ,thanks for calling in .

My card to share

The card ,the embossed layer and the diecut label are of Bashful Blue. The mouse and message card , from Stampabilities , is stamped on Whisper White in Basic Brown , cut out and adhered to label. The sentiment , Thanks so much is from Tiny Tags SU.

I hope that this card fits the rules for this challenge

Hello and welcome to my room . Hope that your week is progressing happily for you.
I took our little dog, Jacki, in to see Doug today . I did ask first if I could take her to a garden area for Doug to see her but staff said that I could take her to his room . Well I arrived before he had finished his rehab session and waited in his room with Jacki. The look  of joy on his face when he was wheeled in was priceless.
I have made a thank you card for the staff at the Royal Adelaide Hospital stroke ward and plan to make up a lolly box to hand deliver as soon as possible .

it is gate fold card in Pumkin Pie textured card stock. Thank you sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments set. Card is a Sizzix Die cut .as are the flowers , which were finished with 1/2 pearls for centres.
It really is only a small way to show appreciation of the care given by wonderful men and women who choose to be nurses.

Hello everyone. Welcome to my room . Hope  you have had a pleasant day.  The sun was a no show today in Adealaide again  and it is going to be a very cold night. Roll on warmer Spring weather.
Still good crafting times though.
So to todays card . This one is taken from an example in our new catalogue .

I really thought that this was a clever way to showcase a whole stamp set . Thank You Kindly was the set .I have used Sahara Sand, Soft Suede and  Baja Breeze ink.

The leaves  from set Pocket Silhouettes.

Just a tip ..I used the 1/4" circle punch to make a half circle to sit the ribbon over

I have used this before in thicker ribbon as it does make it easier / flatter when folding ribbon over and adhering the panel onto card front.

In this case I have used white taffeta ribbon and I like the way it seems a neater finish for me.

I made a separate bow and fixed onto ribbon strip.

Using the Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the sentiments was a necessity.
