Hi there , welcome to my room . Thank you for calling in .
I had Jane here for card making Friday arvo and honestly we had so many senior moments .Smudged ink ..Crooked sentiments ...just put something down then could not find it .You know the sort of things, that done with  friends , are never quite as bad  as when you do them when you are  on your own ..Luckily that only happened with one of the cards . The other two were a breeze .We had fun and enjoyed each other's company and that's what counts ..right!
But right now I am sharing time with you , my blogging friend .

No house work please

 Hello there , welcome to my room . Thanks for calling in .Hope that you say hi and let me know  that you  visited . Thank you all for the comments on my  posts, I love reading each and everyone of them .

Been so busy lately .just with normal life stuff . But happy to make time for The fortnightly Craftymess Challenge Blog .  Thank you to all those talented crafties who shared their awesome projects last challenge . Congrats to the winners .
This time for #12 the theme is Ribbon and Lace , set by teamie Sandy ..Now check the challenge blog for details .
Here is my DT piece to share ..

All cardstock is SU . The paper , lace , ribbon , mop and bucket image are all from my stash . The sentiment is from an unknown stamp, the  label  worn away .

Sassy Studio Designs is a fresh new company. We have been designing and selling for 2 years now, and we have been kindly received into the community of digi stampers and crafters. I started designing images shortly after I started stamping, reason being...I didn't hardly like anything else out there I was a young adult woman at the time I was engaged, had no kids, I wanted fun sexy images that I would enjoy using and my friends and hubby would enjoy receiving. I designed images for 2 other digi stamp companies when my wonderful hubby kept trying to get me to go out on my own. So in June 2009 thanks to the few faithful followers I had, Sassy Studio Designs was born!  It has been a wonderful journey starting my own store. We have just grown so much these past months.I still try to keep

#9 for Craftymess Challenge Blog

My , OH  My,   here it is Saturday already .

Hi there all my blogging pals , welcome to my room .

Last week I was host to the Challenge  #9 for Craftymess Challenge Blog in which I wanted to see some Christmas cards /projects  in non traditional colour combinations .

As part of the deal I am to choose a winner and 3 runner  uppers . WOW is this hard or what!!

Now I don't know how others do it but I just don't " see" the card I always look at the whole post too and just how the entry is showcased in it .

Does not make it any easier to choose it's just the way I like  do it .

How excited I am to have been chosen to host this week's  Craftymess challenge . #9
Now , I am not as organised as I was last year . Not many Christmas cards made thus far! So , with that in mind I chose the theme ..Christmas cards/projects  in non traditional colours .
And my card to inspire you ..I HOPE.. with my colour combination of Black and White .

                 

       For my Christmas card , in non traditional colours,  I began with  black card stock . Some Cristina Re ds paper on the bottom and Shimmer White stars and scallop oval . The image, Amanda Writes,  is from Stampabilities. The sentiment in black is from set SU , Gifted .

Adelaide has been so cold as of late and this is good for crafting .I have been trying to catch up on punching shapes and diecutting  frames from the mountain of card and paper scraps on my desk .

But I   did leave time to make a card for this  week .
