For my card I have used an image from the Tea Time set

Image coloured with SU markers Papers 

 and sentiment freebies with a magazine . 

Added a few bits of SU  bling .

I created a vanilla sponge with chocolate icing and whipped cream filling and extra cream on the side and under the cherry with wink of Stella to make the cream  glisten .

And the inside
The sentiment is from a retired SU stamp set I believe .

We are absolutely thrilled at the number of entries.And the  types and themes of the projects are  so amazingly varied every challenge .

    I printed two sets of the image , one for the front and one a bit larger for the inside . This one I fussy cut parts of the image to decorate the inside sentiment panel .

My effort this week using one of my own Paper Shelter purchases .

If you have time to browse there are many many awesome sets to purchase and  print out . But if you prefer single images are available as well .

                                                       

 

card base from yellow card stock . 

I printed the precoloured scene /image to 14 cm square .

only added a small sentiment punched out with circle punch 

Adhered that to a slightly larger light blue card mat then added that to card base 

Adding some bling just to make it my work ..

For the inside I used some of the light blue card as a mat then adhered a top note die cut for message
I printed out another precoloured image , fussy cut it out and set it to the side of die cut as shown .


                  I will be looking out for your mini work of art in the challenge .

I do thank all the admin staff for the help and their dedication to their positions in the group . The grassroots of the group are the designers who week after week come up with beautiful creations for not only the sponsors but you the viewers and challenge participants .I thank each of them for their company .

It has been extremely hot in Adelaide for quite a while so not much crafting happening so making a DT card was a welcome distraction  .Hope you like it
