My effort this week using one of my own Paper Shelter purchases .

If you have time to browse there are many many awesome sets to purchase and  print out . But if you prefer single images are available as well .

                                                       

 

card base from yellow card stock . 

I printed the precoloured scene /image to 14 cm square .

only added a small sentiment punched out with circle punch 

Adhered that to a slightly larger light blue card mat then added that to card base 

Adding some bling just to make it my work ..

For the inside I used some of the light blue card as a mat then adhered a top note die cut for message
I printed out another precoloured image , fussy cut it out and set it to the side of die cut as shown .


                  I will be looking out for your mini work of art in the challenge .
                                Remember that it is an anything goes challenge .

Circle aperture

Hi there.  Welcome to my room and thanks for calling in .
 So very late tonight .Had a great afternoon with Jane and while I did some more cuttlebugging , she made up some card kits I had made earlier .
Jane had bought some craft magazines before she arrived so we began by reading through them . Isn't it amazing how you can  always find something new no matter how many magazines you read?
Was a decent movie on TV tonight so have watched it with Doug .If it were not for the zillion adverts the movie would have finished earlier .
Any way onto my card which was one that was made today .

 

Card base is Naturals Ivory , the butterfly ,  sentiment , ribbon  from SU and papers from my stash .

The circle punch for the aperture is from SU .
The idea for this card design came from blog browseing .The inside has coordinating paper and diecut frame for sentiment

Once again thanks for your company and for the comments you leave .I read and appreciate every line . Weekend coming up so will try to visit some of you then .

I am not sure about me being a versatile blogger though as I always seem to settle for CAS cards .

Hi there my blog friends , thank you for calling in .Welcome to my room .

Really a hot Autumn day in Adelaide .Thank goodness the Roundabout venue for my crafting

Tuesday morning is airconditioned .

One of the cards for today was another sneak peek of what's coming up in the new SU Autumn/winter mini catalogue .

White base card , with dsp from SU, Beyond the Garden . The image is from new to come set , SU, Apothecary Art. After stamping I diecut with the Framelits Label Collection . The little sentiment label was stamped twice .Once in brown and again in Rose Red ink .I used a SU 1" circle punch to remove centre of red piece and placed the cutout over brown one. Added a couple of half pearls on sentiment label , before 3D it onto card.

For the inside , a layer of dsp and another label from the same set .

This stamp set and the Framelits Dies has really excited me and I cant wait to find another chance to use them .

My thought for today ..

The grand essentials to happiness

Had a fab day .Just after lunch Jane came for a craft afternoon . While she made up cards from some of my kits , made earlier, I punched and die cut some shapes from my stash of scrap card stock .
This card to share tonight is already in kit form for next Tuesday craft .

All card and paper are from SU . The image from Sarah Kay, coloured in copic .

I just loved the papers so much and the coloured image scrubbed up ok , that I really did not want to adorn the card with any thing else . And I kept the inside simple as well .

Hi there .
Welcome to my room . Thank you for calling in and I hope you enjoy tonights card .
Boy , it was hot today . Had a great morning sharing cardmaking hints and tips to a fine bunch of ladies at the Round a bout .
I did have another senior moment though and had to make a quick trip home for a sheet of DSP that I had forgotton . Luckily Sandy took over while I was away for 10 minutes . Doug went off to have a coffee at the shopping centre across the road then spent the rest of the morning watching us stamp , cut , punch and glue .
Now this was not a card we made today, rather it is one we made earlier.
The card base is Naturals Ivory , SU.

INSIDE..see the little corner bear?

The beautiful DSP on front and inside is one from the new sale.a.bration brochure , Every Day Enchantment Designer Series Paper . While the images are from Kaszazz , the sentiment is from , So Happy For You , SU.

Coloured pencils used to colour images , while Wild Wasabi ink , SU, was sponged around image and edge of inside panel .

Am a bit earlier tonight with posting so I may be able to visit some crafty pals and leave a little blog love before snuggling into bed.
