A fun ride ?

Hello friends , welcome to my room where I am sharing a card made this morning .
Thank you for calling in and I hope you like my simple make .

I actually had a scooter like this almost the same color too .But when we moved to the city from the country I was too scared to use it on the city  roads. I only rode it  twice on the busy roads and when a truck then a bus went past me on the second time I shook so much that I was petrified that I would fall off. I sold it soon after !!

The image and sentiment are from an old SU set , Today& Everyday.
I colored with pencils . White thick card from my stash for card base and Mint Macaron for layer.
Circle die  from my die  collection used .

I added the layer with foam Stampin' Dimensionals and topped it  with SU embellishments .

The right tools

Hi there , welcome to my room and thank you for calling in .

Seems ages since I posted .I do make a start but get called away , do a little more then it is time for meal preparation or some other home duty . Does any one else relate or do you all post in one go?

The card I share today is one in which I made my own back ground with two blue ink colours.
Thick White card stock SU .  Dapper Denim for matte . Whisper White for back ground layer and sentiment along with the image .
The  back ground stamp , the tool box image and the sentiment are from a freebie stamp set with a magazine .
The stripes stamp is only a quarter the size of the white layer so I inked and stamped it 4 times in light blue the because it is a clear stamp I was able to ink again in darker blue and stamp in between   the light blue lines .Quite effective I thought .

It is plain but suitable for a masculine card do you think ?

Raise your glass

Hi there crafty friends , visitors and maybe family ..Welcome to my room .
Thank you for calling in . Hope that you are all having a good day .

Wont mention the weather as it has been pretty ordinary as of late .

Thank goodness it is Friday tomorrow and I get to spend time with a couple of friends , chatting , laughing ,  card making and generally expressing our views on world events .

Today I am sharing another  card which may suit  the male in the family .
I have heard of pink champagne and that's about the extent of my knowledge of the beverage .
So you may guess that I have taken a bit of licence with the colouring here .

The card base is from Kraft card with layer of Pacific Point which has been embossed .This will show up beautifully if you click on the image .  The embossing folder and set of stamps used were freebies from a magazine . I used a SU punch to add sentiments and copics to colour. I added the images and sentiments with Foam dots .

The sentiment and image for the inside were from the free  set as well .

Hoping that this card is suitable for this challenge

Just for you

Hello there craft buddies . Welcome to my room and thank you for calling in .
I do hope that all is well with you and yours .

It was 3 c degrees this morning when I got up then promptly went back to bed . Snuggling back under the blankets on a Sunday morning and listening to the wireless is such a treat . But of course it does make for a late breakfast which really does throw the normal daily  routine right out the window .
Oh well , it is said  that a change is as good as a holiday so I guess I am on holidays today . LOL

Another change today is that  I am sharing two cards here in this post .
Just simple quick cards , I must say .

Firstly , one using an image from an Art pad from LOTV as a topper .
A white card base with a green card layer . Both SU card stock  from my stash .
The tag die and sentiment stamp  are from a free set in a magazine .
The bling from my stash .

The sentiment ensures that the card can be used for birthday, Mothers' day or get well card .

The second card

CASED from Lisa's card

I did use a different sentiment tho..oh and a different flower from the same SU set ,
Love What You Do.
DSP is from paper pack,  Share What You Love .

Now I have just one more card and kit to make for Tuesday. That will be shared another day .

My time is limited but I may find a challenge or two in which to enter one or both of the cards .
The next trick is to remember to check when said challenge ends ..Ahhh well!!

Found a challenge to enter
