Been so busy lately .just with normal life stuff . But happy to make time for The fortnightly Craftymess Challenge Blog .  Thank you to all those talented crafties who shared their awesome projects last challenge . Congrats to the winners .

Here is my DT piece to share ..

All cardstock is SU . The paper , lace , ribbon , mop and bucket image are all from my stash . The sentiment is from an unknown stamp, the  label  worn away .

Sassy Studio Designs is a fresh new company. We have been designing and selling for 2 years now, and we have been kindly received into the community of digi stampers and crafters. I started designing images shortly after I started stamping, reason being...I didn't hardly like anything else out there I was a young adult woman at the time I was engaged, had no kids, I wanted fun sexy images that I would enjoy using and my friends and hubby would enjoy receiving. Monday with Cupcake Cards and Craft

For # 95 here is my card ..

I must admit I made this earlier last week ready for posting but just could not find any spare blogging time , so am happy to share it now .
The sentiment is a Kaszazz stamp , while the butterflies are from KaiserCraft. I cut the butterflies out and 3D the  wings as I adhered them to Shimmery White card .I embossed a couple of lines across the bottom front of card and placed the butterflies between them .

Vintage with digi

Hello there ,everyone . Welcome to my room ..Hope that your weekend is a happy one .
Dinner is prepared , just curried chicken and rice and  rhubarb and apple and custard  for dessert cooked .Washing out on line so my time is my own ..
So enough time any way to share a card that I made last night
The little lady is a digi image from a site that has free vintage images . { when I find it again I will share it }

The little lady and bonnet 3D on front , was already coloured . The fence, also 3D,  is from Kaszazz and it is watercoloured while the papers  are from a 6"x6" pack of unknown brand . 1/2 pearls from my stash .

No gopher rides or walk the last few days as the weather has been so cold . No , not just cold ..FREEZING . I know I have been mentioning the weather a lot lately and I know that there colder places than little old  Adelaide .Never the less, we seem to be feeling it more these days and I am missing my walks .

Ever had an angry day?
The morning started off ok .But by mid afternoon I was angry ..Why ..I don't know . Couldn't get Doug warm ..it's freezing in Adelaide , Twiggy [ the new pup] peed several times on floor , lunch seemed to drag on , washing from yesterday would not dry , time to get chicken fillets crumbed for dinner Doug wants afternoon tea!!! Just get into craft room , thinking I would just check inbox , phone rings wrong number , sit down , pup wants to go out , just sit down , washing machine finishes cycle so hang out washing .Just sit down doug says he wants early dinner ...ARRRRGGG!!
SIGH ..

So tonight a little therapy .

Surprise Gift

Hi there . Welcome to my room . Thank you for calling in .Well What a fabulous day ..all day .

I believe that I am surrounded by the most beautiful friends .I do hope that they know that  I love them dearly . That they all  help to keep me grounded , happy and content with life .

Doug and I usually go for a tea and scone breakfast on a Friday and this morning Fran and Sandy were waiting for us at our usual table . For those who visit my blog know that these ladies are craft friends who come to share card making at our home .

After brecky they went off to do their own thing and Doug and I went to meet some of his friends 

for another coffee .

I felt a tap on my shoulder and it was Jane , another crafting friend  , calling by to chat .

Now Jane also comes to card making on Friday afternoon , so we saw her again after lunch .

 I thought  all that was my surprise for the day ..but no!

A Stampin'Up buddie Kay , called in home  to say hi .

And with arms full ..

Kay had been to Canberra for SU conference and thought of me while there . Brought back a pen , a card holder and this fantastic reusable SU bag for me . The bunch of flowers were an extra RAK..
Thank you Kay .We don't get together as often as we would like but hope  we can have a craft afternoon again soon .

Another magazine inspired card .

Hi there , welcome to my room . Hope that all is well with you and yours .
Thanks for calling in .
Another post , for this week ..I can't believe it . Hope blogger behaves tonight .
I love it when I get enthused by a magazine craft piece .I don't always have just the same card , image or even inks but half the fun, for me,  is rummaging through my stash to find something similar to make my own version .
Still thumbing through Vol 18 No.5 of ACSP to a card by Louise Spiden .
I will use this in my workshop to show off the usefulness of the stamp-a-ma-jig .
Here , after stamping sentiment ,  I stamped the flower vine several times at different lengths on the white card , which I then  adhered to card front with foam pads . Truly a CAS card .

Concord Crush , SU , for card base .Whisper White for image , Hero Arts and sentiment, also Hero Arts  .Inks  used , SU oldies .
