Taking it Easy

Hi there .  welcome to my room . Thank you for calling in .
Busy weekend here,  tidying up my craft room and de cobwebbing outdoors .

I have had the urge lately to throw out stuff . By "stuff " I don't mean craft goodies .
Have you looked and I mean really looked in your wardrobe as of late ?
 Mine has more" I will never fit into that again " garments than wearable stuff .
In the undies drawer too . Why do I keep those couple of Bras that have loose elastic backs ..I mean , come on!!! Sorry to blokes that might visit here like you Kevin ..LOL

Any way I do have a box of "good "clothes that I can donate to Vinnies,  but along with 3 odd socks, there is quite a bundle that is out in the bin .
Of course this means I can go clothes shopping soon cause I have made lots of space in wardrobe and drawers... almost as much fun as craft shopping .

But now onto my Make it Monday DT duty.

Kraftyhands at play #2

Had a perfect morning of craft with Sandy .
 I plonked some Krafthands products on the table and while I coloured an image for my next MIM DT project , Sandy cut snipped and layered her own creations .

Had a fabulous  Friday afternoon with Jane . I have been so busy this week with family visit and general mundane life stuff that I had no cards and kits made up for my craft days so Jane came today , prepared to take pot luck and to do her own thing .

What I ended up doing , seeing as how my order from Kraftyhands had just turned up , was to give her free reign to create  three cards .

Garden Fantasy

Hello , welcome to my room .  Thank you for calling in .

A return to rain here again in Adelaide .Yesterday , Thursday , it rained all afternoon and well into the night .This morning,  just some showers but could be more .

So happy that Doug and I could share some of our beauty spots ..[.check out yesterdays post] with our visiting family members . The down side is that I ended up with a red rash on both lower legs , which is still with me . Not sure if it is a reaction to some grass from the trail or to some almond bread tastings we had from a sweet shop along the way . Have to keep an eye on that ..

We're busy getting ready for our three day marathon craft event at Woman's Weekly Live at Event City later this week. We'll be there from Thursday to Saturday doing workshops in the afternoon and a live demo in the morning on each day. So if you're about come and say "Hi".
