Had a fabulous  Friday afternoon with Jane . I have been so busy this week with family visit and general mundane life stuff that I had no cards and kits made up for my craft days so Jane came today , prepared to take pot luck and to do her own thing .

What I ended up doing , seeing as how my order from Kraftyhands had just turned up , was to give her free reign to create  three cards .

With a little input from myself and now with  her permission here are her cards ...

Garden Fantasy

Hello , welcome to my room .  Thank you for calling in .

A return to rain here again in Adelaide .Yesterday , Thursday , it rained all afternoon and well into the night .This morning,  just some showers but could be more .

So happy that Doug and I could share some of our beauty spots ..[.check out yesterdays post] with our visiting family members . The down side is that I ended up with a red rash on both lower legs , which is still with me . Not sure if it is a reaction to some grass from the trail or to some almond bread tastings we had from a sweet shop along the way . Have to keep an eye on that ..

Woman's Weekly Live at Event City - Manchester

We're busy getting ready for our three day marathon craft event at Woman's Weekly Live at Event City later this week. We'll be there from Thursday to Saturday doing workshops in the afternoon and a live demo in the morning on each day. So if you're about come and say "Hi".

Reading and cuppa

Not a bad weekend here . Weather was not too unkind . Spent a bit of time cleaning up the back yard . De cobwebbing really . Did walk through our parks too,  on one of our many walking trails . I actually walked about 20 that's right 20ks . Pulled up a little stiff on Sunday . Surprised? NO!
