TIME
Hello , so happy that you called in . Welcome to my room .
Another warm day in Adelaide . Makes for a cheery mindset . While Hubby and I were walking through our nearby park yesterday we saw lots ...lots of butterflys and we both said that we really appreciated being able to " Take time to appreciate little things around us ."
Then last night, as I began to create a card for http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/ and the week 12 challenge 'Off Centre' , I remembered that and knew I had to apply that thought to my creation .

Birthday Train
Hello and welcome to my room . We have had the most glorious weather for the season of Autumn here in Adelaide , still. I hope that wherever you live that you are enjoying the same perfect weather . But if you are not then I send warm wishes to you .
Today I share another child 's card, fit for one little boy . I have of course used a sheet from Celebrations Designer Series paper. This card being the second from this pack .
Pacific Point cardstock again for the base. The train from the set, Choo Choo, SU. inked in real red. The greeting in Brilliant Blue from Teeny Tiny Sentiments . The string from my stash . The Pacific Point strip behind image has been crimped before adhering to front .
I have not even made a dent in this pack , yet , so be sure to watch this space to see what I create next .

Acetate love
Hello you all . How wonderful you look . So chirpy and bright . You must be crafting . Right?
I spent the bulk of the afternoon commenting on Michelle's Make it Monday entrys . Fabulous creations every where I went . I cant believe that there are papercrafters all over the world and we are only a click away from each other . Isn't that amazing ?
Any way , yesterday I made a card with acetate hoping to enter into http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/2011/04/week-11-theme-acetate.html
but I went over board with layer and embellishment, I think, so here is another which I hope is just right this time .
Please excuse my fingers in view. This is the inside look first , and as the acetate would not lay flat I held the card open .
This photo above shows card partly open to show how front label sits over that insde one to show a border when closed .
So here you see that the card front is clear except for brown dot paper and Very Vanilla card with sentiment .
Recipe .
Acetate as card base
DSP American Crafts, Play Jungle Gym
Very Vanilla, SU. Brown dot paper Christina Rae.
Spellbinders Nestabilities, Label 19.
Stamps, sentiment, Stamp-It, Well Scripted , SU
Ink Basic Brown.
Hope the photos are clear enough as Acetate is hard to photograph.
I'm happy to enter this in http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/2011/04/week-11-theme-acetate.html
