I began this afternoon making what I thought would be a card for Simply less is More acetate challenge . BUT ...got carried away so wont even try to enter it .
Card base is Close to Cocoa , retired from SU.
Recipe
Close to Cocoa, Very Vanilla, scrap patterned paper, Acetate.
Ink, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Black.
Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Nineteen
Swiss Dots embossing folder
Stamps , Vintage Collage, TJ Designs Rubber Stamps .
Artistic Etchings SU.
Jewels Basic Pearls SU
flower from stash
I embossed Very Vanilla piece then cut the apeture . I stamped the tower on to green patterned scrap and the Dreamer onto the Acetate. I then layered the three pieces.
Just added Jewels flower and ticket as embellishing .
I like it , hope you do too.
This will be kept for something special I think !
Now I have to think of something else for the acetate challenge .
Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-Anne.
I love it Shriley and even though it you dont think it meets the Less is more CAS style.. its still a fabulous card .. so elegant and a great use of the acetate
