Hi there , welcome to my room . Thank you so much for calling in . Hope that you have had a great start to the week . We had a long weekend with beautiful weather . Doug and I spent a great portion of it walking [ Doug gophers ] through some of our precious parks .
Thank you Mary J for popping yourself back on my Followers list . I appreciate all who visit and love the comments ,all of which I read .
Being Tuesday, I had a craft table at the Roundabout this morning .Only two ladies this morning as the other 4 ladies had other things to tend to . Minimum numbers but maximum fun .
Sandy shared some of her Son's wedding photos that she had taken with her phone ..hoping she shares them on her blog later.
Just two cards to share tonight . CAS cards, as is my style .
INSIDE
FRONT
Here , as I often do , I let the papers shine and kept the image unadorned . all from SU.
And ditto for second card .
This card fits to a 14cm square envelope.
Hope you like these.
Am going to have an early night as Doug and I will be off early in morning to have coffee then around to see a man about a dog . We are going to get a second dog . This one is about 8 months old , a small dog and If it likes us we will bring it home with us . Our Jacki is 13 or so years old and we would like to have another dog settled in and trained before she passes . We have been so lucky in that we have always had wonderful dogs and I am hoping this one will be the same .
Any way I will say goodnight , leaving you with this thought ...
If we had no Winter,
the Spring would not be so pleasant;
if we did not sometimes taste adversity,
prosperity would not be so welcome .

Mary J was thrown off, too? Blogger really seems to pick his moments, eh?...haaa!
ReplyDeleteLove your CAS cards, Shirley-Anne....the muted colours are lovely, and the papers really do stand out.
Our black Lab is 14 years old, and feeling her age...don't think she'll be here much longer, and my heart will break. Love the thought of a young dog again....all our dogs have always been rescued....but can't decide what to do. I'll look forward to hearing about your adventures with your new baby!
I like both of these Shirley-Anne, I like the bird stamp and the fab papers.

Both of these cards are wonderful. The teacup really pops on the second card.
