Hi there . Welcome to my room and thanks for calling in .
There are a couple of new followers to thank too . I hope that you enjoy your visits here . I do hope also that you let me know that you have visited so I can return the call .
I hope that everything is falling into place smoothly for you and that you are all able to enjoy pre Christmas gatherings .
Now , I would say that most of you would have posted off your Christmas cards by now so that any made from now on will give you an early start for 2015 supplies .
Does that apply to you?
I think that this one will be for my 2015 collection.
This is my DT sample for http://christmascardchallenges.blogspot.co.uk/
The card base is of acetate . The sentiment and images are from Kaszazz .
The inside paper is from SU.
Quote from our leader about some changes made last week.
"I also wanted to mention something new that we
will be starting this week at Christmas Card Challenges. We will be picking
winners each week. We will have a top overall winner and also our favorite 3.
Winners will be announced the following Sunday during the next challenge post.
Our DT member Heather, who made the awesome challenge graphics that you've been
seeing for the last few weeks, has made up some fabulous badges that will be
awarded.
In order for us to do this, the linky feature will
now only be through Friday night at 11 pm, MST. This will allow us to review the
entries and make our selections to have for the post on Sunday. Exciting, right? "
Do pop over to the DT blogs and see how they presented their projects and say hello before you go .
Please
remember to link directly to the blog post or gallery page where we can
view/comment on your creation, and not just the generic link to your
blog. The linky feature won't allow for generic blog
links. You
must create a new project. No
backlinking please.
If you upload to an online gallery, please use the tag SCCC so that we can all enjoy your cards
Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-Anne.
So very cool!!
ReplyDeleteShirley-Anne, cute card! And I love that you used an acetate base!
ReplyDeleteI'm finished with my Christmas cards, the deadline for postage to arrive before Christmas Eve is tomorrow. But I need so many cards each year, and I've got family members requesting some too, so I should continue making them now while having the Christmas spirit....
ReplyDeleteThe kraft panel looks great with the inked edges, nice, clean and with a warm feel.
What a sweet card Shirley-Anne! Sorry, I couldn't help myself - love Christmas Pudding.
