Hi there,  so happy that you have called in . Welcome to my room .
Still very cold here so just  a quick dash out for coffee to get Doug out of the house for hour or so and then staying warm inside for rest of day .

Here is my DT card .
I printed the image 3 times and coloured each the same except for the ice creams choosing chocolate , strawberry and vanilla .all card from SU. Colouring medium was copics
I adhered two of images flat and one with foam tape .
A hand written sentiment added.
Wink of Stella added to ice cream

No photo of inside just now but it has a birthday greeting .

I must admit to choosing an image before I had thought of a song . But being a research tragic , I Googled  for a song about ice cream . I did find a few , would you believe .
