Any one know where Summer went? Gosh we have had some windy, rainy and cool days here in Adelaide . Still , one good thing comes out of that .More craft time .
Welcome to my room and thank you for calling in . Tonight I am using a digi image from Twistoon
https://www.facebook.com/Twistoonlisa .
Now I have used Lisa's images before like these
How many of you remember someone's birthday only to forget it days before it is due .
I have done this so many times , even though I have a list of birthdays on the cupboard door
in my craft room . So when I saw this doddery old Sheriff image , I knew it would suit my card .
A black card base , Brick wall paper layer , A white speech bubble White card for image
Coloured with water colours I cut the frame around the image so that some of it overhung the edge .
For the inside the greeting is from SU stamp set ,Approaching Perfection .
Great selection of images for sale on the site and I paid with Paypal so quick and easy .
Now I actually bought two images but one would not download for me so I emailed Lisa .I am happy to say that there was a quick reply and a return email with the image for me to copy and paste .I will use that one soon . I recommend a visit to her shop soon for a huge selection of fun images .
This is what I learned: that everybody is talented, original
and has something important to say.

Catch you again soon , cheers for now , Shirley-Anne .

Lovely images Shirley Anne, but your sheriff is hilarious, with a great insert verse too, Love it all. Thanks for the chuckle. As for forgetting birthdays? I have a calendar on my desktop which brings up birthdays and warns me a month in advance, so I have no need to forget. Everything else but not birthdays hahaha

What gorgeous images Shirley-Anne and you have used them so very well. Love your belated b'day card with the sheriff!
ReplyDeleteI think we are starting to get the remnants of your wet weather here - we have had a day with rain lurking, and have another couple of damp days forecast - thankfully still reasonably warm :)
Stay safe
