Good afternoon all. Thank you for calling in .
I have for you today another two Christmas cards for Robyn's challenge to make 50 Christmas cards by 1st December.
her Album is here on SCS site .

First card for me is from Old Olive and Whisper White SU cardstock . I used BigShot and die, Lots of Tags.to create apeture in top of white card , then used a scrap of Old Olive to make another tag from which I cut out the centre oval . I then layered that onto white tag.
I embossed white only part way leaving area at base free for stamping greeting from Many Merry Messages in Bashful Blue ink . I wrapped ribbon , Old Olive SU around white layer and secured at back , made bow and adhered with sticky dot . The cut out tag was placed off centre of apeture . I stamped dove in Bashful Blue on scrap white , cut out and placed on tag .
Thank you to Miss Boo (a.k.a. jen70) for the inspiration .
My second card for day is my favourite . Made from
Sweet Slumber Speciality DSP. SU
I repeated the card front as smaller layer with Brocade Blue layer and the Whisper White , after I stamped tree from Greetings Galore
which I coloured with various Markers. I adhered whole panel with Stampin'Dimensials.
Which do you like better ?
Thanks for popping in and if you let me know where you are I'll visit you too.
Cheers for now , Shirley-Anne

ReplyDeleteWonderful cards Shirley-Anne! I love how you embossed the first one, and the second one is awesome with the way you did your layering. Your stamping on the second one is just perfect. Great stuff! Best, Curt
